New Hairdo

So.. I cropped off some of my fringe to salvage my "receding hairline". Mom says I'm balding. I would very much like to deny that dreadful fact but the weight of my rough, thick hair has been taking its toll on my scalp and hairline so I'm reliving my fringe days! *Dreads* I absolutely hate having hair covering my face. Guess I'll just have to deal with it until my condition gets better.

Hazelnut Sins

This was the other day when I had a sudden craving for some cocoa spread. Applied some Nutella onto the Oat Crunch Biscuits I got from Marks and Spencer and it turned out to be heavenly! Not to mention unhealthy, too. But then again, we all sin, don't we?

Neutrale

Today was one of those days I felt like going all out to pick a suitable outfit that falls in line with the occasion. It's been a good and blessed four months.. Who would've thought I was capable of lasting this long? On a side note, I utilised my new knitted cardigan today! Picked it up at the Factory Outlet Store in Malacca for a low S$25, what's not to love?

Swēt ˈSatərˌdā

Nothing beats baking Betty Crocker's sugar cookies on a Saturday afternoon with my beloved sister (not). These cookies managed to add a little tinge of sweetness to my oh-so-dull lifestyle, not forgetting the cute shapes we explored with different cookie cutters!

Everyone enjoying themselves during the mass dance

Spent an entire three days with my bestest friends at Malacca and I'm pretty much convinced that nothing else can replace all the fun times we've had. Sleepless nights, pigging on snacks even after bedtime, reporting late while everyone else waits, showering with the doors opened, do-it-yourself hair dye, watching the girls put on their facial masks, Peranakan cuisines for meals, doing sticks after every other meal, the list goes on. Those short three days are definitely insufficient for me.. Taking a break and being away from home feels good. Am looking forward to having more fun with the kids in the days to come!
